14-day right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.
How to return an item
- Email us at info@deadsailorapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form below.
- We confirm your return and send you the instructions.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days after you notified us, to:

Condition of returned items
You may handle and try on the item the way you would in a store. Please return it unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached if possible. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Return shipping costs
- Orders of €60 or more: return shipping is free. We reimburse your return shipping costs (standard tracked shipping) together with your refund.
- Orders under €60: the cost of returning the item is at your own expense.
If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, return shipping is always free. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
