2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by Dead Sailor Apparel and to every order placed through deadsailorapparel.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Before you order, these terms are made available to you so you can read and save them.

3. Offers and products

All offers are valid while available. We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or print placement may occur because of screen settings and the printing process. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.

4. The agreement

The agreement is formed once you complete your order and we confirm receipt by email. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any amount you have paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. Import duties and taxes are included, so there are no extra charges on delivery. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Our products are made to order. We process your order within 3–7 business days, after which shipping usually takes 9–14 days. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks; see our Shipping page for details. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless agreed otherwise. If delivery is delayed beyond that, you may cancel the order free of charge and we will refund what you have paid.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to you.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for how this works, including when return shipping is free.

8. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products meet the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and reasonable requirements of soundness and usability. This does not affect your statutory rights under Dutch and EU law. The statutory warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or not following the care instructions.

9. Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, please email us at info@deadsailorapparel.com as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. We respond to complaints within 14 days. If we cannot solve the complaint together, you may bring the dispute before the competent court.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law

These terms and every agreement with us are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied at the time of your order will apply to that order.
