Size guide
All sizes are unisex and cut oversized on purpose. Measurements are in cm, taken with the garment laid flat, and may vary by 1–2 cm. Tip: measure a piece you already love and compare. Want a closer fit? Go one size down.

FAQ
Orders
Why does my order take a while?
Because it's made for you. Every piece is made to order and checked before it ships. No mass production, no warehouses full of unsold stock. Good ink takes time, and we think it's worth the wait.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@deadsailorapparel.com. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer change or cancel it. You can always use your right of withdrawal after delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands and all other EU countries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your country and are calculated at checkout. Orders from €60 ship for free.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 3–7 business days, and shipping usually takes 9–14 days after that. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping page for details.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. All duties and taxes are included in our prices and shipping costs, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, no reason needed. Please return items unworn and unwashed. Email us at info@deadsailorapparel.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for all details.
Who pays for the return shipping?
For orders of €60 or more, return shipping is on us: we reimburse your return shipping costs together with your refund. For orders under €60, return shipping is at your own expense.
When will I get my money back?
We refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of your return request. We may wait with the refund until we've received the item back. The refund goes to the payment method you used.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order in the right size. Not sure about your size? Check the size guide above or email us before ordering.
My item arrived damaged or with a defect. What now?
Sorry about that. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or refund you at no cost.
Product & care
How do I keep my print looking sharp?
Wash inside out at 30°C, don't tumble dry, and never iron directly on the print.
Do the pieces shrink?
Our tees are 100% cotton and can shrink slightly if washed hot or tumble dried. Our hoodies are a cotton-polyester fleece that holds its shape well. Stick to 30°C and air drying and both will keep their fit.
